Mnandi Green City is a zero-carbon urban development vision for Mitchell’s Plain, designed as a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient precinct that reconnects communities with the False Bay coastline. The project introduces a new model of integrated urban living, combining housing, mobility, and economic opportunity within a sustainable, design-led framework.

Developed by Samshaw Property Investments in partnership with Concor and Own Haven, the project forms part of the Cape Town C40 Reinventing Cities Competition and has been shortlisted as a finalist, positioning it as a forward-looking benchmark for climate-responsive urban development.
